Very convenient location, we were at the heart of everything including restaurants, a Walgreens at walking distance, Starbucks in front of the hotel and Condado beach (with the infamous pineapple stand & Puerto Rican flag) behind us. Ubers were especially cheap to go around San Juan or so. The staff here was so friendly & kind and house keeping was on point! Balcony was overseeing the ocean, it was a good stay.
Rooms were a little on the smaller side and I believe the price wasn’t much for the room itself but more or so for the convenience of the location.

Beautiful property, great location and kids loved the pool.
Delayed check in. I requested connecting rooms on the same floor months in advance and the hotel gave us a hard time. After hours of waiting after checkin time we finally got rooms on the same floor but none were connected. The staff were great but the room expectations left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.
