The ocean view was phenomenal. The availability to use the pool at the facility across the street which connect thru one of the floors.
Can’t charge ur room for the other property where the restaurants are.

The pool when it was open and the lobby lounge areas
The pool was closed at random times. Two consecutive in the late afternoon probably for maintenance or cleaning but we were told it was because iguanas were going to the bathroom in it. Ridiculous. If it’s for maintenance then let guests know ahead of time. The room wasn’t very clean either and hot water was iffy. The mini fridge was in the bathroom which was a bit odd

The location is exceptional but its own beach and snorkeling bay were fantastic! Nice flat calm water for any water activity yet protected from waves and rocky shoreline on the other side of the property for gorgeous views and ambiance. Great pools and a selection of bars, cafes to choose from. The pedestrian bridge connecting to the Hilton Garden Inn doubles your amenities!
We are returning customers and choose this hotel for its amenities and oceanfront rooms with balconies and views, which are fantastic, however the hotel is showing some wear and tear and in need of some cleaning and cosmetic touch up. Functionally, everything was comfortable and worked great, and we love the staff!!

The location and views were great.
Rooms were on different floors and had a strong mold odor.
