Beautiful boutique hotel, outstanding outdoor area, wonderful views
When I booked, I thought I had a balcony room. It was considered a king suite, but I had to go back to the photos from my booking and realized that the room in the photo had a mirror which was glaring into the shower, which appeared to be a window lol

The property was beautiful. Very clean , the staff were pleasant, Inviting, welcoming and super friendly. Personal opinion it’s the best hotel in San Juan!!!! My favorite front desk agent was SARAHI she was beyond amazing !! She has the skills, knowledge and confidence to be the hotel owner!
This is my 3rd time staying here within the last 2 years. Paying over $1000 each time, I just wish the pool bar was open. I only stayed there because it’s a 1 stop shop. This time the pool restaurant was closed which was very disappointing. They have a new restaurant called dragon. Which is Japanese cuisine and I absolutely hated it. It was a small boring menu and I didn’t like the drinks either . I met another couple that said they only came for the food and drinks at the restaurant and to find out it was under renovations.. killed their dreams
