The Location Is Very Good In between Old San Juan and Condado and Walking Distance, to a few Very Nice beaches. However There Is no restaurant or wide Reception Area. View from the room is great. I would stay here again.

The hotel felt quite dirty overall. The bathroom smelled like a damp cloth, there were hairs on the floor and even on the bed sheets, and it didn’t look like the carpets had been vacuumed properly. The room already appeared dirty when we checked in.
Early check-in was also difficult to arrange.
The only positive aspect is the location, which is convenient. Other than that, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were very concerning. Do not stay here if cleanliness and hygiene are important to you.

The room was dirty. Lamp shades and everything in the room rusted carpet smelled of mold. No blanket on the bed and the property itself was very old and now well maintained. This gave more of a motel vibe rather than a hotel. I would not recommend this unless you personally live in a dump. App would not allow me to upload photos

Stayed here for 3 nights before a cruise. About an hours walk to San Juan old town. Has the running track with a large sidewalk to you. 5-7 mins in a uber costing about $7.00. The rooms were big. Balcony was a nice touch. The bathroom had both a shower or a separate bath. The toilet was also separate in the bathroom. Someone can be using the toilet and another brushing their teeth ect. Very strict for the 4pm check in. However they do hold your bags for you. There is maybe 2 bars in the area, 1 min walk. And a couple of cafes 2 mins walk round the corner.
