    I had a wonderful stay at ESJ. The hotel offers direct beach access, a bar, and an on-site café. My room was set up like a full apartment, with a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, patio, and beautiful waterfront views. The location was very convenient—only about 10 minutes by car from the airport and close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

    The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this place is because I had a bad experience. Overall, ESJ Towers is really nice. The room was clean. The view was perfect but due to the water shortage they closed the gym and other amenities, which for me has nothing to do with water but they have their reasons. They also turned off the power for over 12 hours, I had no hot water so I had to take a shower with cold water (that wasn’t fun) and their pool was shut down as well. I received an apology email for the power but I was not offered any type of compensation or refund for all the inconveniences. The least they could have done was offer to compensate me for the pool pass I had to purchase for another hotel OR allow me to do a late checkout for free. This was not the case, so I’m a little annoyed with this place.

    The WiFi did not work for the whole stay even after asking staff to reset the WiFi, some of the lights in the room were not functional, the room was in a bad state of repair, the AC unit made a loud ear piercing noise when turned on, and the TV hardly had any channels.
