    We wanted a day to explore Old San Juan. This room was perfect for that. But the lighting was really dim and no outside windows. It was a good value and enjoyed having the bar available.

    I’ve stayed here before and had a way better experience which is why I decided to book again, only to be very disappointed about the service and the room we got. Even though I spent extra for a “better” room this time, it was a disappointment. Need up being Way worse than the room I got last time. The room was small, dirty, musty-smelling and dusty. Also the “city view” is not technically a city view, we could only see the walls of the neighboring window outside of our window. The staff wasn’t friendly. And we didn’t get our free drinks. I wanna cry. The only con at this point, was the location. They really need to do better.
