Okay, seriously… this house is amazing. Located right on Isle of Palms at 2 Intracoastal Court, it's the perfect spot for families and anyone who loves the Lowcountry lifestyle.
Imagine this: you're just steps from the Isle of Palms Marina – and one of the lucky few homes around here with enough space to park your boat and trailer! No more marina fees or hassle, just easy access to the water whenever the mood strikes.
Inside, it's all about space and good times. We're talking a really open floor plan, perfect for hanging out, and a kitchen that's seriously ready for action – fully stocked and with a great dining area for family meals or entertaining.
But wait, there's more! Relax on the large screened porch, or kick back with a sweet tea on the front porch in one of the comfy rocking chairs. Upstairs, you'll find a huge game room with glass doors leading to a patio… and the views? Seriously stunning overlooking the golf course!
And the location? Unbeatable. You're just minutes from the beach, golf, pickleball, tennis, and the Isle of Palms recreational center. Plus, the Marina has this awesome restaurant, Islander 71, with indoor/outdoor dining – it's a family favorite!

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two queen bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single up top), perfect for kids. One bathroom with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. Back downstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and bathtub. This bedroom also has direct access to the screened in porch. The second downstairs bedroom has a hall bath with a shower/tub combo.
*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through our local rental agency to enhance your vacation experience.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We all really enjoyed the game room with the pool and poker table. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication and awesome house. Big rooms and upstairs was super great as it gave us two hang out spots! Would def recommend!

We were a group of 8 - 4 couples in town for a golf birthday weekend. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and have their privacy. We would recommend this location for your next stay.

The house is in a great location for golfing, beach days and bird watching! We enjoyed our stay; however, for the amount spent for our stay, the house should have been spotless. I wouldn't invite anyone to my house in that condition. The house needs a good scrubbing, from inside to the outside. The outdoor patio and porch furniture were beyond dusty and disappointing. The mosquitos trapped inside the house were happy to welcome us by being absolutely menaces! All in all the house rating could be a much higher if the property owner or manager gave the house some TLC.
