Outside, the property's expansive and beautifully landscaped FENCED IN BACKYARD is a true oasis for people and pets alike, featuring a SALTWATER POOL (option to heat for a daily fee), outdoor shower, large bbq grill, enchanting outdoor seating areas, a practice PUTTING GREEN, and landscape lighting. This property was great for our family! The master bedroom/bath, bunk room and pullout couch are on the main floor and the two queen rooms with their respective baths are in the basement. The bunk room was large enough to fit an air mattress so you don’t have to use the pullout couch. We filled the house entirely and still had plenty of space. The backyard and pool was one of the highlights of our trip, especially for the kids. The house came with tons of floaties. The shade from the trees was a Godsend! We didn’t end up bringing our dog but I noticed a chain out by the tree which would have been nice already being there. My husband loved the putting green, too. The house comes fully equipped with tons of beach supplies (boogie boards, wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked, as well. The screen used in porch was a life saver. We absolutely loved the area, only a couple minute walk to the beach, and the area and homes surrounding are beautiful. The neighbor to the left was great! A couple downsides (that would not keep me from returning): The mosquitos! I assume this is common in SC especially being surrounded by trees. Bring your bug spray! The basement had a bit of a musty smell - of course, common for a basement. The area surrounding the pool is grass, sand, dirt, tree debris, etc. - we found ourselves cleaning the pool A LOT as the kids were in and out. Thanks Chase!
