Amazing 5-bedroom/4-Bathroom family beach cottage in the heart of IOP! This awesome house features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Our home is outfitted from top to bottom with WiFi, AC/Heat, Full Laundry Room, Pool, Deck & Yard! House is laid out wonderfully for entertaining with your friends and family with a giant "great room" that allows your whole group to be together while cooking, watching movies and playing games! Our home also includes a fun game room that is outfitted with games and even an arcade game with 100's of classics! Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay including all linens, bath towels, beach towels, etc. You will be sure to enjoy your time on Isle of Palms at our cozy house with everything you will need!
Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts. This is truly a one of a kind home in an excellent location on Isle of Palms with the beach and Intercoastal Waterway just steps away!
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this house. No smoking and the maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12. Please note, IOP is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels so no parties and large gatherings after 10 PM. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

We had an amazing weekend at this property! Highly recommend. Very spacious kitchen area, outdoor deck was perfect for our group and beach is only a 5 minute walk!

Home is deceivingly large with plenty of room for our family of 6. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and 2 large refrigerators are an added bonus. Short and easy walk to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and quick! We had a lovely family vacation!

We loved our stay for a long weekend! The kitchen and gathering area were perfect. We love the two refrigerators. Checking in could not have been easier. The host let us check in early for no extra charge. All the bedrooms were a good size and had comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach and very peaceful backyard. Great location! We would definitely stay here again!

The house worked out great for our Thanksgiving family get together. We had a large group and the expansive kitchen-living area was wonderful for eating, watching football games on TV and playing board games. The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample seating for everyone. There are TV's in every room so watching different programs was easy. The game room was a plus to keep the younger ones amused.
