UPDATED BEACH HOME WITH OCEAN VIEW FROM ROOFTOP DECK, PRIVATE POOL, & ELEVATOR! This spacious & updated home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and is one of the few newer build homes that will permit a dog. The reverse floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and spacious rooms will be sure to impress both family and friends! Enjoy the ocean breezes from the rooftop observation deck, take a dip in the saltwater pool, or relax under one of the covered porches. This beautiful home is located across the street from the nearest beach access. This home has elevator access at almost every level (observation deck only accessible via spiral staircase). Wi-Fi included. 3413 sq. ft. Linens included. No Smoking. Gas Grill. Outdoor Fireplace not available for guest use. Dogs must be approved in advance ($250 nonrefundable fee per dog-2 max).

We stayed at the property when it rained every single day we were in town. Luckily, the house accommodated for 3 kids to have space to play ping pong, build forts, and explore. I think our experience would have been different in another home. The hour it stopped raining; we were close enough to the beach to walk over and enjoy every second of it. In addition, the kitchen was completely setup with all supplies you could ask for to make meals for large groups. We can't say enough great things and hope to return next year!

The home was perfect for our group of 11 over Thanksgiving. Plenty of bedroom space and private bathrooms, but best of all a huge kitchen for Thanksgiving lunch and a wonderful living room space and sectional to watch the Iron Bowl on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.. The location was great- across the street from the beach and just down from an access. About 30 minutes into Charleston, but plenty of stores and things to do close by as well. The house was clean, very well stocked and best of all, there were instructions and labels EVERYWHERE for how to operate lights, elevator, etc.... That was SO helpful!!! We would definitely stay here again. And the few times we contacted customer service staff, they were friendly and helpful.
