About this house rental
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach, this elevated 1990's southern home offers plenty of space both inside and out and is an ideal choice for your next family vacation! The full front porch with rockers is perfect for those seeking some cool shade and enjoying your morning paper.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and a 55" Roku smart tv (standard definition cable service with a cable box). Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped, albeit dated, kitchen with bar seating for four. The formal dining room offers seating for 8. Also on the main floor is the first master featuring a private bath with Jacuzzi tub, 26" flat screen and direct access to the screen porch and back deck with gas grill. Other features of the first floor include a laundry room with washer and dryer, wood floors throughout and direct access to the three car garage.
Located on the second floor are the remaining four bedrooms, all carpeted and TV's in 2 of the four bedrooms.
This home is Pet Friendly with a $200 nonrefundable fee. No smoking. Fireplace not for guest use. Wireless Internet. Linens included. Take a virtual tour to truly explore this home.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

This house is roomy, and the layout worked well. The location was one of the best: quiet setting, easy beach access, and uncrowded beachfront. The home had good kitchen basics. The large laundry room and half bath downstairs were nice to have. As others have said, a little TLC and updating would make this a top-notch rental. For the price, pet-friendliness, and location, we would more than likely rent again.

We have rented this home 3 times now. Its location is great! No busy street to cross. The house itself is dated and needs some TLC. Specifically, some of the chairs had very wobbly legs; the stove is not level, making it difficult to cook some things. Overall though, for the price, the house works for us.

This was a perfect house for my family. Close access to the beach. Check-in was a breeze. Minor issue with the dryer, but maintenace was prompt in getting it fixed. Looking forward to our next stay.

5/6 ceiling lights out in great room, and all foyer bulbs out. Fixtures, furniture dated and dingy, formica counters chipped. Upstairs mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Closets have no clear shelves to use - stuffed with old blankets, quilts, pillows, etc. Very sad house in a great location.
