About this house rental
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach, this elevated 1990's southern home offers plenty of space both inside and out and is an ideal choice for your next family vacation! The full front porch with rockers is perfect for those seeking some cool shade and enjoying your morning paper.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and a 55" Roku smart tv (standard definition cable service with a cable box). Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped, albeit dated, kitchen with bar seating for four. The formal dining room offers seating for 8. Also on the main floor is the first master featuring a private bath with Jacuzzi tub, 26" flat screen and direct access to the screen porch and back deck with gas grill. Other features of the first floor include a laundry room with washer and dryer, wood floors throughout and direct access to the three car garage.
Located on the second floor are the remaining four bedrooms, all carpeted and TV's in 2 of the four bedrooms.
This home is Pet Friendly with a $200 nonrefundable fee. No smoking. Fireplace not for guest use. Wireless Internet. Linens included. Take a virtual tour to truly explore this home.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

This is our 2nd year staying here. Can’t beat the location - just a 150 yards or so to the beach. The house is dated and needs some maintenance, TLC and new appliances, but for our crew that includes 6 kids ages 6 and under, it works.

Stayed here as a group of 8 for the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run. Great location for both beach time and city time. Convenient and nice beach access. Easy location for grocery and food delivery - no issues with anyone finding us to drop things off.

The rental was ready when we arrived and very clean. Everthing worked. Make sure you are ready for steps and hardwood floors! Interior and exterior steps could use non-slip surfaces. Interior was very nice. Exterior a bit weather worn.

5/6 ceiling lights out in great room, and all foyer bulbs out. Fixtures, furniture dated and dingy, formica counters chipped. Upstairs mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Closets have no clear shelves to use - stuffed with old blankets, quilts, pillows, etc. Very sad house in a great location.
