PETS:
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
If you need an early check-in before 4:00 PM, we charge a $150 fee for that service.
If you need a late check-out after 10:00 AM, we charge a $150 fee for that service.
The early check-in and late check-out fees go towards coordinating the cleaning service. That needs to be coordinated well in advance and confirmed with us. Sometimes we cannot offer it due to other guests checking in and check out on the same day.

POOL HEATING FEE:
Pool Heating: $125 charge per day for heating the pool If you would like to add this on, it will need to be for the entire stay. Please contact your host if you plan to initiate the pool heater during your stay.

PARKING:
We have parking for up to 6 cars maximum, depending on size.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 14 TOTAL. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

NOISE MONITORING IN PLACE.

Elevator ACCESS:
Granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time. As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.
