A vacation at 3800 Cameron Boulevard is like having your own resort. This fantastic custom home features 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a large private pool and deck, hot tub, rooftop deck, and ocean views. Its convenient location on Isle of Palms with its wide hard packed sandy beaches is great for jogging or bike riding. Just cross the connector bridge for an easy 20-minute trip to historic downtown Charleston!
Beautifully decorated, 3800 Cameron Boulevard is full of first-class features. Each bedroom with a private bath has access to a balcony. Three bedrooms are 'master size' (3 King Beds). The balconies are a great spot to view the ocean with your morning coffee! Stairs from the living room take you to an 800 sq. ft rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views. Enjoy your evening cocktail hour as you watch the colors change from the setting sun. Have a romantic moonlit dinner up here and feel the cool ocean breeze.
Enjoy a day at the beach, lounge by the pool, or lay out on the rooftop deck. The pool table and ping pong table in the garage provide endless entertainment. The beach access path is just one house away on Palm (about 100 steps).
There are 9 TVs located throughout 3800 Cameron Boulevard: one in each bedroom, a widescreen, surround sound HDTV in the living room, large TV in Den, and one in the game area in the garage. Bring your laptop and use the high-speed wireless or ethernet cable for internet access. 3800 Cameron Boulevard has been professionally decorated with top-notch furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors throughout. - This home allows 1 dog, approved in advance, for a $500 fee; undisclosed pets brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval may result in a minimum $500 fine.
- Pool heat is available for $100/day + tax (4-night minimum, 24-hour notice), weather permitting (average temperatures above 55°F). Pool heating is typically not needed in the summer unless unusually cool. If the system is down, we will refund any unused days of pool heat; however, additional compensation is not provided.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.

- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. House was nice and fit the needs (bedrooms and bathrooms plus pool) of our family. Communication with host was non-existent and parts of house had not been cleaned well (dirt swept inder rug in kitchen for example).
Texts to host went unanswered as well as several phone calls. Had trouble with a door knob leading to roof, bad smell in one of the bedrooms, and elevator didn't always work properly. However, none of the issues were that serious and our vacation was a good one. However, pricing and fees were a bit out of hand so we will probably not use VRBO in the future.
