This home features multiple oceanfront decks and an oceanfront private swimming pool. A large oceanfront screened porch is perfect for those relaxing to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean.
Incredible views from the many oceanfront decks will be experience by your family. The private swimming pool will provide years of family memories. The pool is surrounded by a large deck featuring comfortable seating. The pool is refreshing and perfect for your families playtime. This home offers a private walkway to the beach that will allow your family to quickly access the ocean. 808 Ocean Boulevard also features a gas grill for your family to enjoy.
808 Ocean Boulevard is perfect for family gatherings or couples traveling to the beach. Each of the six bedrooms features a king size bed. New mattresses provide restful sleeping accommodations. Flat screen televisions are featured throughout the house. 808 Ocean Boulevard has six full private bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The Eagles Nest (master bedroom) is located on the third level. This bedroom offers incredible views of the Atlantic and an enormous private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.
This home features two living areas, perfect for families or different groups getting together to enjoy the football game, the kid's shows, or family card night. Each living area and bedroom features a large flat screen television. The kitchen and dining room offer incredible ocean views. The open space provides the perfect setting for those family dinners.
808 Ocean Boulevard is only 11 miles from downtown Charleston. Driving to downtown Charleston is very convenient and easy to enjoy what makes the Historic Charleston Coast so special.
NOTE: No smoking. The home is rented on a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day and most holidays; minimum stay required during the off seasons may vary. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved by rental company with a $500 non-refundable pet fee paid. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Any unapproved/ additional pets are subject to a fine.
GOLF CART (LSV): There is a new, premium, 6-seater LSV cart available for rent at this property by scanning a QR code when you arrive!
ELEVATOR: The home does have an elevator with service from garage level to top level, but it is not considered ADA compliant. Elevator is for convenience only and not a guaranteed amenity.
High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references.

Great home and great location. The house is perfectly situated with wonderful king bedrooms in each room and private baths for everyone. Pool and outside patio was just perfect with a 30 second walk to the best private beach! walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. Only thing we would suggest is the showers have very little water pressure and are never hot. The sinks are hot and tub but showers we only could get warm water and the water pressure made it hard with having many girls with long hair. Other than that, this is an incredible house to rent and has everything a family could enjoy! The management team is so responsive at all times.

The refrigerator smelled atrocious upon arrival. Real estate company was good about trying to address it but we just put up with it. The property is much more dated than the pictures on VRBO represent.

We had an amazing week at this property with our large family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the ocean views and access to the beach were amazing. We are already looking to do this again next year. Check in and out was easy and communication was great the whole week too. Thanks for helping us make some amazing new memories with our family!!
