Welcome to our charming Airbnb, Casa Charleston! This hidden gem offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation, making it an ideal destination for your next getaway. This spacious Casa features three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your companions to unwind. Once you arrive, you'll appreciate the security and privacy of the remote gated entry, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay, along with a relaxing private hot tub.
The Space:
Casa Charleston has its own private yard with a hot tub, seating area with a fire pit table and grill. It's a spacious 3-bedroom (2 king beds and 1 queen bed with an extra folding queen mattress), 2-bathroom house.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the inside and outside of the whole property! The property is gated with remote access! Upon guests' arrival, the guests will receive a gate key fob (located inside the unit) for personal remote access! There is a smart lock on the doors. You will receive a message around noon the day of check in with the code :)
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is old and appears a bit worn down (can feel questionable) in some areas, but we assure you that your safe on our property. The property is gated with a security door, and ring camera posted out front. We will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! Please don't hesitate to reach out regarding any and all issues!
Other Things to Note:
*The neighborhood hood is an older part of the city, but our property is safe. The property is gated with a front door camera that records 24/7.
*Food-we offer a complimentary full snack bar with coffee, creamer, tea, beverages and bottled water! We have many more (to many to list) amenities inside that you're sure to enjoy!

Our host John and his wife Kendra were very hospitable in welcoming myself and my friends. They gave very good instructions on checkin and checkout procedures. John was very timely in responding to me if I reached out to him to answer any questions I had. He checked in each day to make sure my friends and I were doing well and if we needed anything. The House itself was accommodating, especially with various entertainment options. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Very little traffic on the street made for quiet evenings. I would certainly stay at this property again if I should ever be in Albuquerque again and would recommend it to anyone.

The listing is as described. It was great for us because it was centrally located with easy access to all the things planned. The neighborhood was a little questionable but there is a secured gate which gives you a sense of security.There are games for kids and we didn't get a chance to use the hotttub. . There is a nice seating area and fire pit in the backyard which was perfect for reading.

The house was nice and clean, coffee and breakfast bars were an added convenience. However, an electrical outlet is needed in the hall bath. Also, we were not thrilled with the neighborhood. This was the first time I stayed in a house with bars on the windows!
