** What a great single story home in a highly sought after area of Arroyo Del Oso Park and Golf Course. Great New Home with Granite Counters, Wood tile Floors, Custom Cabinets, Fresh Paint, Wonderful Landscaping. Home Features an Open Floor Plan with plenty of Seating. 3 Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and a Master Bedroom with a King bed. Back yard is landscaped with Hot tub, BBQ, Synthetic Lawn Area and Patio Table and chairs. Privacy and secluded and quiet. 2 blocks from a great park, walk out to running trails, bike trails and New Mexico scenery. Balloon Fiesta Park is 3 miles away. Santa Fe is 45 Minutes away door to downtown. Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course is walking distance, with bike and running trails all around the course / park, Tennis courts are also located in the park and is a wonderful way to spend a day. :)
