Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course is walking distance, with bike and running trails all around the course / park, Tennis courts are also located in the park and is a wonderful way to spend a day. :)

CJ is very responsive ( coffee maker was acting up) he had a replacement to us in a few hours even though it was Memorial Day weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property as our home base for the hot air balloon festival. The host had left chips and salsa which were a prefect snack between the morning and evening glow sessions at the festival.
