This family friendly, beautifully designed home is situated in the safest and most sought-after part of town in Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico. located within a half mile from Paseo Del Norte, this home is in a gorgeous neighborhood that is not a through street- so it is very peaceful and truly a hidden gem close to everything you need!
On Paseo you can find tons of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The homes location is also prime to traveling to Santa Fe, balloon fiesta park, hiking and biking trails, and nearby Sandia Resort and Casino with golf/spa/dining all within a very short drive

The space
As soon as you walk through the front door- you are greeted with a gorgeous French country style living room and dining table- the perfect place for conversation or sleeping on the queen size sofa sleeper watching television from opening the rustic armoire. With high ceilings and a light and bright feeling, you won’t want to leave!
The den is the perfect place to relax and unwind with company- right off the kitchen with an open concept feel- everyone is together. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine as this is the space to gather. The sunroom off the den doubles as extra sleeping with a comfortable trundle bed pull out and whimsical feel that anyone can curl up and read a book in.
Upstairs each bedroom has been specifically designed for both comfort and function. **please note** one bedroom is a sunroom located off the den- it has its own private doors and is a trundle bed pull out** with black out curtains!
The master bedroom has a temperpedic mattress, and comfortable bedding as well as blackout curtains. With high ceilings, and lots of space this is truly a retreat. The closets have ample storage for all your belongings. There is a private balcony off the master and full size bathroom. Smart tv as well!
The two guest bedrooms are comfortable and cozy! The first guest bedroom has two twin beds- great for kids or adults alike! As well as black out curtains and a Smart TV for entertainment.
The other bedroom has a queen size bed with temperpedic mattress and black out curtains, beautifully designed for you to enjoy.
The fourth room is located downstairs off the den. The sunroom has a daybed pull out, with its own privacy doors -trundle pullout is two twin beds.**
If you have kiddos- don’t forget the kids closet! Under stair closet allows your kids their own little area with glow in the dark painted stars, kids books, puzzles and more! We have thought of all your needs- the garage has a brand new pack n play, stroller, and baby gates. Your kiddos will love this home and the short walk to the park!
If you have pets- we also provide dog bowls, a leash and a small dog bed if needed:)
The outdoor area transports you immediately to a relaxed state with gorgeous landscaping, rose bushes, and a one of kind mural that you can really enjoy. Come enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor firepit seating under a covered patio!

The location was great for the Balloon Fiesta. The host was very responsive while we were onsite and she left materials and little gifts to welcome us. The house was nice but had fire alarms removed and some electrical issues that are safety concerns. Pillows in 2 of the 3 bedrooms were very large and hard. Living areas were comfortable. Very nice to be able to park 2 cars in the garage.
