This beautiful brand new modern home is a a great choice for lodging when visiting Albuquerque. Conveniently located in the far North East Heights, you will be in a safe neighborhood near some of Albuquerque's premier dining establishments. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and the remaining two bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Huge kitchen is great for both meal preparation and entertaining. Access to Sandia Mountain hiking and biking, Albuquerque's finest shopping districts call Uptown is minutes away. If you like to travel in style, this home is your best choice for your Albuquerque visit!

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
We accept dogs not cats for an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee
This property uses Comcast 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Neflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs.
If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
