The house was welcoming and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. All 3 of us have commented at least a few times what a great find it was. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It was perfectly located close to amenities (stores/restaurants) and for the events we had during our stay. Everything was clean, the kitchen stocked with the cooking equipment we needed. The living area and beds are comfy and a great place to chill after a full day out and about. And nice views just outside. Evan (host) was quick to respond, helpful and kind with all communication. We will travel to ABQ again, and will be seeking this property for our stay!

The host was very welcoming. The house was well planned and we especially loved having a garage and opener for the car. Good neighborhood and easy to get to all points.

We had a nice, comfortable stay at the Oso Cozy Casita. We needed a place in town, and this was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed, and the rooms were very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!
