What a great home in a highly sought after area of Paseo Del Norte. Great New Home with Granite Counters, Wood tile Floors, Custom Cabinets, Fresh Paint, New Carpet and Wonderful Landscaping. Home Features an Open Floor Plan with plenty of Seating. 4 Bedrooms with 3 Queen Beds a Full Futon Couch and a Primary Bedroom with a King bed. Back yard is fully landscaped with BBQ, Hottub, Privacy and Mountain Views. 2 blocks from a great park, walk out to running trails, bike trails and sandia scenery. Trader Joes is .5 miles away and Balloon Fiesta Park is 2 miles away. Santa Fe is 40 Minutes away door to downtown :)

Everything was neat and clean, the location was very central. This was a great place for family to get together. It had a wonderful kitchen, but the cookware was warped and made cooking difficult. We were looking forward to using the fire pit, which was not functioning. Same thing for the fountain that would’ve been great to drown out some of the street noise. The hot tub was great! And very clean, and the grill worked wonderfully. A sitting area on the top balcony would have gone a long way. Overall, it was a good stay, but did not match the description due to disrepair.

This house was a great size for our family, and the location in town was excellent since we were there for the Balloon Fiesta. The only negative comment is that there was absolutely no contact from the host from the time I booked until the time we checked out. I messaged in the app when we arrived, but never heard anything back. I followed the directions to text when we left, but again, no reply. We had no issues while we were there, so it didn’t directly affect our stay, but I have never had no contact at all from a host.
