Entire very private first floor with 5 bedrooms of a 2 story home with private entrance surrounded by mountains and 100 yards from the Hiking trail. Enjoy the sunset and city lights from your private balcony. Very relaxing surroundings with views. Very safe and upscale neighborhood. 5 minutes from Tramm and 10 minutes to Baloon Fiesta. Centrally located to all the attractions and restaurants. 15 minutes from ABQ airport.

We had a family road trip and just stopped in for the night. Everyone was so excited when i surprised them with this house. Absolutely beautiful! Huge rooms, plenty of beds for our large group. The trails were amazing and just outside the front door. The kids even got to see some door in the neighbors front yard. No one wanted to leave!

We are so happy that we had found this property and on such short notice. Nancy made our trip so relaxing and peaceful and pain free. I would 100% recommend this property and this host!

My family got together to see my grandma. Some came from Mexico and we came from Denver. The host Nancy was super accommodating and very nice. The property was clean and very spacious for my grandma in the wheelchair. Everything was easily accessible and very comfortable. The view is so nice located in a great quiet neighborhood. This home and host was perfect for my family get together. Highly recommend staying here.
