About this apartment rental
Condo unit 304 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Really nice place. Perfect size and nice views for 4 people. Only complaint is that road was very busy.

The view and beach were perfect. Location is a bit too far to walk to downtown TC but the free bus line goes right by. We took the bus in and took a LYFT back from downtown. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower did not have great water pressure. Kitchen is tiny but we hadn’t planned on using it too much so it worked for us.

The window was broken on the upstairs bathroom so we had air blowing in which made or bedroom hotter. They had tried to tape it up with plastic. They said one was on order, and the toilets did not flush well. The management was very nice about everything though.
