One suite. Two patios. One peaceful escape. Tucked along the wooded edge of East Grand Traverse Bay, this updated ground-floor condo at The Shores is part of Grand Traverse Resort, with peek-a-boo lake views and direct beach access just steps away.
The king bedroom is en-suite with its own private patio, and the living room adds a queen sleeper sofa with its own patio access — 2 full bathrooms in total. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking, with indoor dining for 4 plus patio dining space.
Please note before booking: due to a recent Grand Traverse Resort policy change, pool and hot tub access is not included with this suite. Guests can arrange same-day access by booking a paid spa treatment at the resort's wellness center.
600 feet of shared private beach sits just outside, with seasonal kayak, SUP, and boat rentals on site, plus public beach access and BBQ grills nearby.
Grand Traverse Resort is just minutes away, with downtown Traverse City about 15 minutes further and Sleeping Bear Dunes under an hour away.

The property was in a great spot and was clean. If you want to be close to the water and away from the crowds this is a sure place to stay .

My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable, the location was very quiet and close to all the places we enjoy about Northern Michigan.

The pictures make it look bigger than it is. No closet in the bedroom, really loud dishwasher , bathroom had a bikini top left in it and the other bathroom wasn’t totally clean. Also, no view of the lake. In the positive side Management was pretty responsive, the beach was nice and the nearby forest was great. Internet reception was bad btw. All in all not worth the very high rates in August.
