You will love this SUPER CLEAN Luxury Home with 2500 sq feet, 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! 10 minutes from downtown TC, this home is steps from the famous paved Tart Trail bike path, and only 3/4 mile from beautiful East Bay beaches. This house is situated on a very large wooded lot with newly paved driveway, floral landscape and grassy front and back yard.
The Traverse City Tart Trail is a paved bike trail running from Acme (east side of town) through downtown TC and continuing all the way up to Suttons Bay with many restaurants, shopping, and beaches along the path.
Our home has a fully stocked kitchen including blender, toaster, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, and vegetable steamer. Kitchen has quartz countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Gas fireplace in family room. Game room has ping pong table and game table. Living room has 65" flat screen smart tv. Master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and game room have 43" flat screen smart tvs. Bluetooth speaker / soundbar, Wifi, and cable included. There's even a full-size grill and patio
Whether you want to take a ride on the Tart Trail or head to the beach, we've got you covered. We've stocked the house with bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys! :)

Ride your bike down the bike trail to many restaurants ~ even mini golf!, 1/3 mile from convenience store / pizza place, 3.5 miles to Vasa Trail, less than a mile to Mount Holiday ski resort which includes snowboarding, skiing, and tubing. It's only a 1.5 hour drive to Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and 45 minutes to beautiful Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. There's even a Walgreens and Redbox 1/2 mile from our front door.
There's lot for families to do, including playing mini-golf or climbing the now world-famous Sleeping Bear Dunes. (featured on Good Morning America). We're right around the corner from Woodlands, which serves Moomer's ice cream! (voted best ice cream in America!) Even go back to the 1950s and stop in for a double-feature at the Cherry Bowl drive-in theatre or spend a rainy day playing laser tag or bowling.
In the mood for a day trip? Take a drive north and hop on the ferry to historic Mackinac Island, named one of the best islands in the world by the 2018 Conde Nast Traveler’s “Reader’s Choice Awards.”. Earlier this year the island was voted the #1 hottest U.S. destination for summer travel by TripAdvisor.
What a great area we have here up north! Outdoor recreation enthusiasts can choose from both summer and winter sports in abundance! We have a second-to-none farmer's market held every Wednesday and Saturday right in our own downtown. Carrying everything from flowers and produce to homemade soaps and local meats, this market features over 115 farmers ~ everything to make your dinner a culinary success.

Great house for our group of friends! Kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner and breakfast. We also had a lot of room to spread out. The garage access was also great for easy bike storage and maintenance. Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this home.Our family of 12, including our kids and grandkids had plenty of room. The house is a short drive to the downtown area and the State Park beach. The lot the home is on is huge, so the family had fun playing hot box, with lots of room to run. Check in was easy, with a lovely welcome basket of treats that kept the grandkids happy. Jenn was easily accessible with answers to any questions or concerns. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glassware, storage containers. Our only thought was with such a large group with different dietary needs/likes, a 2nd fridge would have come in handy to store juice/pop/water/beer and wine. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, toilet paper and soap, as well as a hair dryer in each. Wi-Fi access was easy. The garage was filled with lots of stuff for the beach, from chairs to beach toys as well as 6 bikes.
