It’s prime location also allows you easy walking distance to restaurants, golf, tennis, pools, wellness spa, and so much more.
The space
With 2 master bedrooms on the main floor, fully furnished kitchen, beautiful wood burning fireplace in open concept great room (with complimentary firewood during the winter months) you will be sure to feel relaxed the minute you arrive. The lower level offers an additional bedroom and bath and rec room featuring a pool table and private sauna.

Interested in hiking or mountain bike trails? You will find Glacial Hills which features 31.5 miles of hiking, mountain biking and winter sports.

The Outdoors provides you with access to the private Summit Beach Club on Lake Bellaire or you can travel a bit further to visit Torch lake, Traverse City, Petosky or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear dunes and Lake Michigan are an easy 45-minute care ride. Paddle board or canoe through the chain of lakes or rent a jet ski or pontoon and cruise through with ease.
