About this apartment rental

Condo unit 301 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit! Plus, this unit is a corner unit, which features extra windows that provide lots of natural light throughout the entire unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location next to the lake. Our grandkids loved playing in the sand and lake and the pool also! We had plenty of room inside the condo. The beds were good. The kitchen had ample wares. This condo is along the main highway and not very far from the downtown area.

The North Shore employees were extremely friendly and helpful! Shawnee was phenomenal and the other employees were terrific as well! The price was reasonable! I would stay at North Shore again!

The upstairs bedroom was hotter than hell without both fans blowing all the time it may not be terrible for sleep. if fans are your thing, you would be out of luck.
