Spacious five bedroom four bathroom home located on the east side Traverse City.
With shopping, beaches, boat launches, hiking trails and the Tart trail (Traverse Area Recreation Trail) close by, this home offers a great location to ensure that your stay in Traverse City is everything you planned it to be. This home offers year round accommodation as well as enjoyment for its guests, off season months can be enjoyable too, warming up with family and friends around the outdoor fireplace or gathering in the large recreation room to play darts, a friendly game of foosball, or watching a movie together.

Spacious and in close proximity to downtown TC. Had everything we needed.

Had some initial hiccups with pricing when adding a night, but this was a glitch that wasn’t the owner’s fault. Place was clean and spacious. It lacked some extras that other places have had (extra toilet paper, enough pots and pans, dish gloves, nothing major), but was overall really great and comfortable.

Huge house right outside of TC, great price, easy check in and check out. Only concern was that we found a tick in the upstairs of the house I get its the season but made everyone a little on edge during the stay. Lots of ants and spiders in the house and seems like the house was just poorly build causing these critters to get in. Upstairs doesn't have real flooring it is just plywood with sheets of carpet.

Well located, and would be perfect for longer stays with large groups. Plenty of games, and lots of community space.
