5 miles from beautiful Yarmouth harbour, 6 miles from central Newport and 9 miles from the renowned yachting hub of Cowes, Elm Place is located off the main road in rolling farmland, with distant sea views.
Set in beautiful grounds, Elm Place offers ample living space and can be rented as a five bed or can be partially rented as a three bed or two bed. Finished to a high standard, whilst retaining a warm, homely feel, Elm Place is the perfect get away for four to ten people.
Enjoy a barbeque on the patio during the summer or snuggle up around the log burner in the winter, the Isle of Wight is the perfect destination at any time of the year and the cottage is the perfect base for exploring.
Local attractions include The Needles, Blackgang Chine, Ventnor's Botanical Gardens, Osbourne House and Carisbrooke Castle to name but a few. Discover the Island's dinosaur heritage, visit one of many wildlife centres, enjoy a festival, or try a new water sport at one of many beaches.

The house and location were fantastic!The Master bedroom is a dream! But sadly the beds/mattresses in the twin room were a big let down.

The host was very welcoming and was on site when we arrived. The property manager was also on site to show us around and go the the bits and bobs.I did need to phone the property manager on our first evening and she came over to sort the problem out immediatley.It was clean & tidy and had a everything in the kitchen you would have at home.

Wonderful property and felt instantly at home. The main bedroom of the smaller cottage was stunning as was the en-suite and the downstairs area , given that it is a 2 bedroom properly was huge . Sally was extremely welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful . Can’t wait to return!
