Just a few meters from the lovely, secluded beach at La Martinière, and a 5-minute walk from the heart of the village of L'Epine, discover our complex of three houses painted in the traditional Noirmoutine colors.

Choose the house of your choice for a private getaway, or book all three houses for a vacation with family or friends: everyone can enjoy their own pace and independence, yet stay close enough to come together for wonderful shared moments!

LA PAULETTE:

A nod to our Grandma Paulette, who was dedicated to strengthening family bonds and bringing joy to her 11 grandchildren! With a slightly retro decor and board games from our childhood, the house accommodates up to 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds, 1 double bunk bed), its bathroom, and its 40m² living area with an open kitchen.

Access to the garage allows you to store your bikes or beach gear. You’ll enjoy the soft evening light and the terrace’s southwest-facing orientation.

FOR ALL OUR HOMES:

Enjoy a hassle-free vacation thanks to our included hotel-style services: personalized welcome, end-of-stay cleaning, and forget the stress of your first grocery run after a long trip—breakfast is provided upon your arrival! The homes also feature free Wi-Fi and baby gear (travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table) available upon reservation and subject to availability.

Linens are not included but can be provided for an additional fee upon request.

To make the most of your summer stay, all our homes are equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a grill.

During the off-season, discover our mild climate and the island’s tranquility. Our newly built homes meet the RT2012 energy efficiency standard, so they’re always comfortable!

One parking space is available for each home. It’s also easy to park (for free) on the street.
