Decorated with taste, this pretty house of 90 m2 plus a tiled garage of 21 m2 with shower, second sink and washer dryer, will bring you tranquility and comfort (3 key) It is built on a fenced and landscaped 625 m2 in a dead end and forest edge, living room of 33 m2is very bright with its bay of 4 m open on the terrace and the garden facing south. The fireplace will warm up your winter evenings. The kitchen of 11 m2, very well equipped has direct access to the terrace of 27 m2, half covered by a yard, you will take all your meals in the shade. On the other side, or in the shade in the garden, sunbathing and armchairs await you. In frontage, the entrance, 2 rooms and S of B have sight on the forest. The bathroom is equipped with a large piece of furniture with basin and a walk-in shower.

We enjoyed a week in this delightful house - close to amenities, woods and sea. The house was well equiped, very clean and the hosts - M and Mme Lebeau - exceedingly charming. We did pick a bad week for weather, but found pleasure in the bracing beach walks and Noirmoutier's special iodine-rich sea air! Thank you Nelly for your assistance and thank you Roland for your artwork.

Having just returned from 3 weeks at this lovely property We still wish we were there! The location was superb for us as it was a stones throw from a large wood, where we enjoyed lovely walks with our dog. The beach is very close, however you can also walk though the forest and get to the lovely beaches further along towards L’Epine. The house was very homely and really well laid out, with everything you need. The garden was a lovely oasis and the back garden got the sun throughout the day. The Hotel Punta Lara is 5 mins walk where you can have a drink overlooking the sea or a meal. Having spent a few holidays in Ile de Ré, this is now our preferred Island - everywhere we went we encountered lovely friendly people (do try NoMad Coffee in Noirmoutier!). Nelly and Roland were perfect hosts, with great communication and very accommodating. We really do hope to be back.
