Welcome to this charming 100 m² house, perfectly arranged and equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. Its warm interior and beautiful outdoor terrace promise moments of relaxation with family or friends.
Outside, fully enjoy the enclosed and tree-lined garden. A large 50 m² terrace with table, garden furniture and plancha are at your disposal to savour your summer meals outdoors.
By pushing the entrance door through the garage, you will discover a pleasant living room bathed in light. The living room, with its comfortable sofas and television, invites you to relax after a day spent at the beach. Continuing on, the dining area will allow you to share meals in a friendly atmosphere. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) will enable you to cook just like at home.
On the night side, three comfortable bedrooms await you. Two of them have a double bed (140x190) – one of which opens directly onto the west-facing courtyard – and a television, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the house's facilities.
For greater convenience, you will also have a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and two private parking spaces within the property grounds.
