Beautiful apartment, amazing views.

The property was very modern and spacious with a beautiful view.

One of the showers was broken. We couldn’t use the pool. The communication was so poor, they didn’t give us the details to access the pool. They responded after a day and said there was a key but they never gave us the key code to access the key. We contacted them again but they never responded, so we never got to use the pool.

Amazing location but there are some points to note

Location was amazing. 2mins from beach, with gorgeous views of river, beach, bridge and castle. Close to shops and restaurants too. Beautiful apartment generally and in a lovely building. It has a gated swimming pool - but no beds at it as I think its a residential complex and Im assuming most residents take out their own or something, though I didnt see any both days I looked in. We used beach everyday. It was a very spacious and well laid out property with lots of storage. Modern layout and decoration. Huge balcony.

We didnt get any instructions to get in and if it had been outwith normal office hours or weekend, or doorman was off, which he was 3 out of our 5 days, we wouldnt likely have even got in!!! I had to call property phone number on booking.com to ask how we get in and their english wasnt the best and the young Spanish doorman helped us get details and helped open property with codes etc he was given on phone. No information on how to use anything in the apartment was sent or available in apartment. Towels were very small, one each and brick hard and thin. There is no kettle or toaster. Says tea/coffee maker but only thing is a coffee filter machine. It has a washing machine, dishwasher but not a kettle or toaster that you get in very basic places. Both bathrooms had issues, including glass door to one not working and dangerously swinging. The other shower only directed against glass screen and leaked in floor. There was a sofa on enclosed balcony area had a leg missing and dangerous not only as couldnt be sat on, but as it was also against window that opened on glasswd in balcony and a child may have stood on it and leaned out window. The floors werent clean and my feet were black after walking on it the first day. The kitchen hadnt been cleaned properly. There were lots of crumbs under marble chopping board and sink was dirty. There were some other material visual issues but thats me being picky. Biggest issue was I messaged property contact multiple times and emailed from first day and even after Im home they havent responded re the dangerous issues. I wanted to give them opportunity to fix concerns and could give them review and rating it could so deserve with minor chsnges. Honestly it was very disappointing in that sense as small things could make it outstanding. Mattresses were all a bit done and mines was lower and slept in more on one side and impossible to just roll over as it was like going uphill.

Very good

The property has been refurbished to a high standard and is in excellent condition throughout with a balcony overlooking the river, sea and castle. The location was generally very good. Parking was easy and spaces were always available right outside the block entrance. There are two lifts, communal gardens and a outdoor swimming pool.

Main road circa 200m to rear and some road noise from balcony. Note no road noise in flat when windows/balcony doors closed. Would not put us off returning which we hope to do end October.

Inget mottagande av värden Jätteproblem innan vi fick dörrkod. Nyckel i nyckelskåp passade inte till dörren. WiFi koden var felaktig. Poolen fanns inte. Ingen information om någonting. Fönster till balkongen var öppet så det hade regnat in. Dynorna till soffan genomblöta.

El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene muy buena vista, esta en un sitio muy tranquilo, esta recien renovado es un 9/10

Al llegar, el grifo del cuarto de baño estaba mal, la lavadora no funcionaba, les he enviado un email, para que vengan a arreglarla, no me han contestado, he llamado por telephono, les hé enviado videos del grifo para que vengan a arreglarlo y para que no se estropee la madera que esta por de debajo, me han dicho que vamos a comunicarlo a nuestro jefe, al final no han hecho nada

Prachtig verblijf maar slechte "host".

Het appartement was klassevol ingericht en zeer functioneel. De master-bedroom was prachtig met een zeer luxueuze badkamer. De andere kamers waren kleiner en hadden een aparte badkamer. De keuken was mooi en praktisch.

De WiFi werkte niet. De communicatie met de host is moeilijk. Telefonisch is hij niet bereikbaar en via de berichten krijg je vaak niet meteen een antwoord. Op de website staat niet vermeld dat er geen shampoo, zeep, vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel aanwezig is. Er zijn wel lakens en handdoeken (beperkt). Dat staat ook niet op de website

Przestronny, nowoczesny, ale brudny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji.

Dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu place zabaw dla dzieci, blisko plaży. Piękny widok z okna na zamek. Mieszkanie przestronne.

W mieszkaniu było brudno. Podłoga była pozamiatana, ale niedomyta, bądź nieumyta wcale (mieliśmy czarne stopy po przejściu kilku kroków). Materace były strasznie poplamione! Śmierdziały moczem. Czegoś takiego jeszcze nie widziałam. Sofa na balkonie miała złamaną nogę. Nie dało się na niej siedzieć. W kuchni było mało sztućców. Czajnik elektryczny zepsuty. Mała skrytka na dużo kluczy, przez co skrytka na klucze się zablokowała i nie mogliśmy się zameldować. Trzeba mocno szarpać jak się zablokuje. Kontakt z agencją słaby. Prosiliśmy o wymianę pościeli i ręczników, ale tego nie zrobili.

Nera kas nepatiko, gal tik kelios smulkmenos virtuveje. Kavos aparato nera. Dar nebuvo sampano tauriu tad turejome nupirkti jas. Praverstu kepimo indai tokiai gerai virtuvei. Tai tik draugiskas patarimas :) Daugiau nieko, sekmes ;)
