Heerlijk ruim appartement. 3 slaapkamers. Leuk ingericht. Ruime keuken met alles wat nodig is. wasmachine en afwasmachine aanwezig. Dolce Gusto koffie en filterkoffie apparaat aanwezig. Zeer goed werkende airco's. in kamer en 2 op de slaapkamer. Zeer vriendelijke host. eigen parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage is ideaal. vanaf de voordeur 60 meter lopen naar de ingang. Parkeergarage makkelijk te bereiken vanaf boulevard en uitrijden weer richting boulevard. Afstandsbediening van de parkeergarage werkte niet. Na contact te hebben gehad met de host stond ze binnen 15 minuten voor de deur met een nieuwe afstandsbediening die ze gelijk even getest heeft en excuses voor het ongemak. Zeer snel en adequaat opgelost. Afstand naar de boulevard en strand nog geen 100 meter. ideaal voor strandliefhebbers. Bakkertje 5 huizen verder. is niet altijd open maar zeer vriendelijk en heerlijke vers gebakken broodjes tegen een goede prijs.

Balkon is erg klein. We hebben wel wat last gehad van gehorige buren. Waterdruk is wat laag.

Nice and big, has everything you need, absolutely great location, great communication with the host, quiet and very safe. Clean, comfortable. Close to everything, Does not get the sun directly, so it’s very cool, and relaxing.. also has air con.. definitely I would book this again!! Furniture, beds etc. very comfortable and high quality.

Balcony/terrace is very tiny, wasn’t a problem for us, but if you love a balcony, then this is not for you. Two flights of stairs, again, not a problem for us. If there are any mobility problems, this apartment is not for you. …If these small issues are not important, then I would highly recommend this little gem!!

The apartment is very well positioned, 2 minutes from the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. It is quite spacious, with a small but useful balcony. It is well equipped with everything you need. The private underground parking is a great advantage if you use the car. The air conditioning works very well in all rooms. The owner is very attentive and responsive.

A few small but acceptable inconveniences that I'm just pointing out: The apartment is a bit noisy in the rooms facing the street. Some of the furniture is a bit outdated The single beds are a bit uncomfortable (depends on each person) The stairs are a bit narrow but it only bothers you when you're carrying large luggage But I would definitely come back.
