J’étais au 3ᵉ étage. Deux jours après, l’ascenseur est tombé en panne. J’ai réclamé auprès du propriétaire, mais il a ignoré mes messages sachant que j’ai deux enfants en bas âge et une poussette.Le clic-clac n’était pas du tout confortable et les escaliers étaient très sales, remplis de sable, ce qui faisait courir un risque de glissade.

Bonito apartamento muy bien situado y cómodo.

Nos encantó el apartamento,pequeño pero acogedor y muy cómodo. Con una excelente ubicación,cerca de bares y restaurantes y cerca de la playa. Cocina con lo necesario para pasar unos días y tb tiene lavadora que se agradece. Sin duda estuvimos muy a gusto,sin duda volveré.

Yo lo único que eché en falta es un ventilador en la habitación,o un aire acondicionado.Porque tiene uno en la sala pero a la hora de dormir como es un ático y nosotros estuvimos en pleno verano, con el calor cuesta dormir.Aunque el propietario se interesó por saber qué tal nuestra estancia y al decirle esto mismo nos dijo qué compraría algo para la habitación así que puede que en las próximas estancias ya no pase calor😊. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que el ascensor del edificio no funciona,para el que tenga dificultad para subir escaleras lo tenga en cuenta.Ademas las escaleras son on poco estrechas.No fue importante para nosotros pero puede que a alguien le interese esa información.

Muy buena ubicación

Limpieza mejorable. El no tener ascensor me ha descontentado muchísimo , pues es un tercero con escaleras muy estrechas para subir maletas carro de la niña. Muy mal
