The apartment is in an excellent central location, just steps from the beach. It offers stunning sea views and a spacious terrace, making it a wonderful place to relax. Overall, the apartment is spacious and perfectly suited for a large family or a group of friends. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and the air conditioning kept the apartment comfortable. Although the building is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, it is located in a quiet area. There are convenient shopping options nearby, and the Miramar Shopping Centre is only a 20-minute walk away. Fuengirola is one of our favorite holiday destinations, and we would happily stay in this apartment again if it is available.

The apartment is comfortable and has been partially renovated, although some work could still be done. Nevertheless, it was perfect for us, as we were looking for a beach apartment rather than a high-end property. The kitchen could be better equipped, but in the end we found most of the items we needed, and it was sufficient for our stay. All in all, we enjoyed the place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is incredibly spacious, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it perfect for larger families or groups. The location is fantastic, and the sea view from the balcony is absolutely stunning – we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and has a lot of charm.

the property is starting to show its age and would really benefit from some TLC. There are a number of areas in need of repair and maintenance, such as damaged walls, exposed fittings, worn outdoor furniture, water-damaged ceilings, and curtains that no longer close properly. None of these ruined our holiday, but addressing them would make a big difference and bring the apartment up to the standard its location deserves. One thing to be aware of is the balcony. The views are incredible, but because of the height and the design of the railings, I wouldn’t recommend leaving young children unsupervised outside. Overall, we would happily stay here again because the space, location and views outweigh the cosmetic issues. With a little investment and maintenance, this could easily be an outstanding apartment.

The location and size of the property were excellent. Jesus, who we dealt with, was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble and he dealt with everything within minutes of contacting him, not that there was anything other than how to work the air conditioning!! The showers were great and the hot water never ran out, even with 5 of us using the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and fully fitted out. It was very quiet even though it’s a frontline property, everything was accessible and the main bars and restaurants were all within a 10 minute walk. The beach is literally across the road, 2 minutes away if you include the time it takes to get to the ground floor in the lift.

It could probably benefit from a little update and I would be careful if I took children as the balcony rail is very low.
