Stunning contemporary eco site but some basic issues need addressing

Stunning location. Beautifully designed eco village.

STUNNING CONTEMPORARY ECO SITE HOWEVER : Some cleaning issues in unit - had to ask staff to replace dirty kitchen stuff. TV/wifi guest didn’t really work as other neighbour guests discovered also. Had to get staff in to sort. Guest buggy facilities declined several times : on arrival with luggage & after heavy weight shopping incl water. We were advised water in unit ‘wasn’t drinkable’ & had to go to standpipe on site to get water. Weren’t offered free bottled drinking water or fill-ups as do most hotels in Spain. Had to buy heavy water bottles. Had to carry quite a walk on site as staff refused buggy service. As not enough staff on shift despite empty buggy sitting parked by reception. Paid for all these ‘advertised facilities’ but didn’t get offered voucher / refund / discount for our troubles- despite raising & complaining about these issues & paying full price. Just a ‘sorry’. Very deceptive to attract paying guests in only to find these vital facilities not working. NO GATED SECURITY into main accommodation areas where some guests with families were. Anyone could drive in / access the accommodations. Was told they have ‘security guys’ at night but we did not see them at all. Very near main road highway for most of the site - doesn’t mention this on marketing material. You would have to study map to choose far off unit to get away from fast traffic noise. Got badly bitten by black flies & black mosquitoes- horrible bites - no warning of this by guest check-in or signs on site etc. Ruined the stay. Had to go out buy pharmacy items including repellent & antihistamines. No attempt on-site for repellent devices/blue light attracting insects away from people.

15 minute walk took you into fuengirola. theres a shop across the street you can get everything you need. no issues getting uber/bolt/taxis. staff were so friendly. would recommend to anybody!

Great friendly place, we stayed in a Pet friendly bungalow and it was awesome, helpful friendly staff and the resort is very clean.👍🏼

The Restaurant is very expensive, I feel a snack bar would benefit immensely! The only thing I would recommend about the bungalow is they have mosquito nets on the bedroom and bathroom windows.!

Glamping ligger kjempefint til – rett ved hovedveien, men likevel rolig og skjermet. Hytta var veldig komfortabel, med alt nytt og godt vedlikeholdt. Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold. Det eneste jeg kunne ønske meg, er litt flere rengjøringsprodukter, spesielt siden ikke alle gjestene kommer med bil. Alt i alt – virkelig et sted jeg kan anbefale!

Maten i snackbar ved bassenget var dessverre ikke så god – mest ferdigprodukter uten særlig smak. Håper dette kan bli bedre i fremtiden.

Leuke tenten aan drukke weg

Mooie nette tenten met een goed verzorgd grasveld voor de deur. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig en de slaap ruimtes zijn heel ruim. Daarnaast een heel leuk zwembad met glijbaan en ondiep gedeelte wat af loopt naar diep, zodat de kleine kinderen ook kunnen spelen

De tent lag echt bijna in de grote weg. Hierdoor veel lawaai de hele nacht door en daarnaast werd ook nog eens het afval geleegd rond 1 uur ‘s nachts

La ubicación, facilidad y confort en el alojamiento estaba bien. Muy buen detalle el poner cargador para coches eléctricos, eso se agradece.

El desayuno nos pareció correcto pero el pan estaba duro, y también nos pareció algo caro. De hecho el segundo día de desayuno decidimos ir a la cafetería exterior al lado de la gasolinera, mucho mejor de precio y calidad del pan.

Me encantaron las zonas comunes y el sitio en sí. Muy tranquilo.

Hubiese necesitado una vitrocerámica más fuerte ya que la comida no se hacía. Es lo único de lo que puedo quejarme. Es solo para recalentar y poco más. No para hacer comidas en familia, creo que no cocinan mucho los extranjeros. Y también unas pocas cápsulas más, ya que los españoles solemos tomar más de un café al día.

Situación buena, admiten mascotas, buenos servicios, bonita decoración y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia, el parking, es interno, detrás de todos los bungalows, se entra con pulsera que te dan en recepción. El colchón un desastre para mi gusto, no me permitió descansar
