Spacious apartment, very clean, wonderful contact with the owners

This was actually the first time we ever returned to the same apartment for a second stay – and that alone says everything about how much we love this place and how much we enjoy coming back. This time we stayed in the Deluxe three-bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright living room with a dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Everything was very functional. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with a heating function, which is a great advantage, as well as a washing machine and a microwave. A special thank you to the owners, Carmen and Fernando. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. Communication with them is excellent – we received immediate responses to all our questions, and they are also present every day in the office on the ground floor of the building, which makes everything even easier. We truly felt at home here and can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Beautiful Modern Apartment

Moved here on 24th December with my two teens and immediately knew we were going to have a great week here! We visited the day before and was delighted that Fernando allowed us to view our apartment. Check in was seamless due to fantastic communication. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped as well as minutes away from restaurant, bars, shops and the beach. We had excellent wifi and 3 modern smart TVs! We were given a 3rd floor apt. so benefited from a sky window and private balcony brining in so much natural light. Having a washing machine and clothing rack was an absolute bonus, as well as an ensuite main bedroom. Thanks for the clean sheets, fluffy towels, toiletries, tea coffee sugar etc. What we valued most was how readily available and responsive the staff were. Will definitely be booking again.

Great location and perfect place to lay your head!

We used the access code to enter, but to our delight the office was already open and the staff greeted us warmly. The owner even stopped by to introduce himself, such a thoughtful gesture. The location is superb, just a one minute walk from the beach and within easy reach of everything we needed. The place was very clean and incredibly comfortable, truly a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay for people who do not want to spend much time indoors

Excellent location, close to the beach and shops and restaurants/bars. The 1 bedroom apartment was freshly decorated to a very modern and high standard with clean fresh linen and all the necessary amenities available. Our apartment was at the back of the property with no outside noise The owner Fernando and the rest of the staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. I

The only downside was that apartment was at the back of the property and although this meant that there was no outside noise there was very little natural sunlight in the apartment lacking any ambience to spend more time relaxing in the evening prior to going out for dinner. However, This did not really spoil our stay as we only used the apartment to sleep and shower. I would visit Kouohana apartments again but request an alternative room next time.

Fun in Fuengirola

Excellent location, lovely high spec accommodation, clean and inviting.

Very minor issue with bathroom sliding door (apartment 9) got jammed. Someone did come to look at it and partly solved the problem, but will need further attention from what your colleague said. This did not ruin our experience. There were three in our party, however if four or more would be better to go for the three bedroom apartment, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was great, just a few mins walk from the beach on a quiet street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fernando and his father were very accomodating as were the cleaning staff. Property was very clean and decor very modern. spacious open plan kitchen and TV's in most rooms. aircon units worked well and had a useful balcony space for drying beach cloths and relaxing in the evening sun. Reception always available to answer any queries. Would definitely recommend and return.

No much didn't like, only thing can think of was hard to find instructions with what to do with the bins. Found out how to recycle after asking at reception so very minor. Service was outstanding.

The room was very clean and spacious, and it was in an excellent location-two streets from the Sea, and close to many shops, and a few minutes from a supermarket. It was very quiet , and in a very safe area. The train station was about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and it had a great connection to other resorts.

It would be nice to have a balcony. Otherwise everything was ok.

Perfect IKEA showroom.

This is a perfect IKEA showroom. Virtually everything that can be bought from IKEA is from IKEA. Everything is very clean and new. This is the first facility to stay in Spain where there was not even one hair from previous tenants. No any kind of smells or anything bad. Easily the best place I have stayed in Spain. For example the towels are very soft and thick, just perfect. Beds are great, pillows are great, almost everything is great. I would stay there again with pleasure!

Just some minor things. There is virtually no view from the room. Only to the (open air) staircase and to the balcony with high walls (didn't bother us). Also the kitchen is very basically equipped, but if you just make basic breakfast and snack, it's ok. Also there is no dishwasher or oven. The water pressure at the shower is not the greatest. Also if you go by car, notify the office before so that you won't get a fine, since the road is restricted use.

Friendly staff. Very clean.

The whole apartment was as new with good standard. Very clean. 100 m to the beach. Close to lot’s of restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly and helpful staff. Last day we asked for late check-out at 17:00. Unfortunately our room was booked for another guest. But the owner let us leave our bags in the office and we could even borrow his private shower before we left.

The only thing we missed was a balcony, patio or some kind of view.
