Good location, check details for deposit

Location is excellent. Very close to the attain station into Malaga and stopping at every station along the coast and adjacent to the Old Town Church Square and area.

The balcony was in need of a tidy up with all sorts of cleaning paraphernalia kept out there. Not particularly what you want to look at on your holiday. Better instructions for exact location and CASH deposit on arrive is needed. And responses to communications were sporadic and some still not answered! Eg when do we get our deposit back? Can we check in earlier?

Great location

Was smaller than the photos shown. Beds weren’t very comfortable. When we arrived the apartment hadn’t been cleaned so we had to go off for a few hours while it was being cleaned.

Beautiful and practical interior. Good location near everything In Fuengirola. Very nice and helpfull owner.

There were bedbugs in the appartment and the nights were noisy because of tráfic and other sounds from the streets.

tegenvallen is een groot woord, maar er ontbraken aantal dingen, zoals 1 korf in de vaatwasser en een passende stop voor de badkuip. Wordt geregeld (heb dit laatste dag doorgegeven omdat het voor ons niet belangrijk genoeg was)

Den var bättre förr

Tyvärr kan jag denna gång inte lämna lika positiv recension som i maj 2022. Läget är naturligtvis fortfarande perfekt, som jag skrev: "Det var nära till allt: pendeltågsstationen, busstationen, flera supermarkets, två utmärkta caféer, en saluhall och strandpromenaden. (Ett tips för skandinaver: Svenska kyrkan ligger också nära, med möjlighet till trevlig samvaro.)" Och lägenheten själv med 2 sovrum, vardagsrum, litet kök, badrum och balkong är mycket lämplig även för en längre vistelse. Köket är mycket välutrustat, i klädskåpen finns gott om klädhängare.

I maj 2022 kunde jag skriva: "Allting var rent och fräscht." Nu var det inte så! Köksbänken var kladdig, och när jag började torka av den, upptäckte jag små frukostflingor (chokokulor) utspridda! I badrummet var dörrlister och kakeldekorationer dammiga, badkarskanten smutsig. Flera av de beskrivna faciliteterna saknades: hårtork, brödrost och vattenkokare. Jag anmälde detta första kvällen, och sedan flera gånger, både per sms - inget svar - och genom telefonsamtal. Värden försökte säga att dessa saker fanns i lägenheten när vi anlände! Först den 4:e dagen fick vi hårtork och brödrost, och en liten mockabryggare (som man inte kan använda på elspisen), men ingen vattenkokare. Dagen före utcheckning försökte jag kontakta värden igen, för att veta var vi ska lämna nycklarna vid vår tidiga avfärd, det lyckades först efter 4 sms och 2 påringning.
