Great Place

The host of this property is fantastic and the location is perfect for the beach and all the good bars and restaurants which are all within a few minutes walk. However it does al depend on what you want but for us it is in a side street (which is perfect) as we use the apartment to sleep, wash and get changed in. If you want breakfast on the balcony then no as you will be in the shade first thing in the morning, The upside ( as if there was a downside) is that this apartment is absolutely perfectly positioned for where you want to be in Los Boliches. More importantly the Host really wants to make sure that your stay is perfect and from the instructions of entry to once you open the door trust me you will be impressed and not disappointed. I hate writing good reviews as it normally means i cannot get booked in when i want to go there again but its better to be honest and allow others to enjoy a great experience than be negative. I have to say that this host also has two other properties in the same area and they are also absolutely perfect . The host is so friendly and responds to any issues so quickly that it is unbelievable and there is no issue that is is a problem. Now this is the bit that is problematic. I can recommend : the host and any of the hosts other properties highly enough as they are all perfect . You will not be disappointed. However i might be when i next try to book!!!!

Clean apartment with many facilities

Well equipped apartment. Some nice touches, like providing coffee pods for the machine. Nice and clean. Lots of appliances. Abundance of hot water. Close to beach and within walking distance of all facilities.

Communal area within the block not very clean and not welcoming, but don't be put off by that. The apartment itself is fine. Can't park outside, so park nearby, before you turn into the street, or you will have to do a big circle to get back to the area.

Liked the vibe in area. Los Boliches felt safe at night and fav part of resort. Supermarket plus takeaway all open very late like 130am. No sea view but 75m from seafront. Plenty restaurants and bars within 500m radius. Greta was great !!! On hand to answer any query. Apt had all we needed. Balcony, wifi, netflix on telly using my account, 2 separate bathrooms each with shower. Immediate hot water. Will deffo return. Oh and value for money

Location is brilliant, 1 street from the beach and plenty of local food, shops and atmosphere. Place is comfortable. 1 bed is great, the other one is squeeky. You get all that you may need in your stay. No need to go to shops to buy stuff, We had shower gels, shampoo, sun cream, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hair dryer, Dolce gusto and pods, toaster, kettle, fridge, ice, a/c, WiFi, TV, olive oil, spices, tee, fairy, etc..... Very good value for money. We had a 1 year baby and we got crib and sheets.

Place would have a 10 if it was not for the neighbors. The building is old. The house is refurbished so it looks great but walls are still thin. However it did not bother me at all on my stay. Smells aswell come from toilet due to old building but again did not bother me as owner has placed a lot of fresheners and whatnots to mitigate smells. Ants where coming in from main door but again, I have the same problem in my flat in mallorca.

Buena casa buena ubicación, buena anfitriona y muy mal aislamiento acústico

Sin desayuno. La ubicación está muy bien. La casa en general está buena y limpia, cuenta con lo necesario.

La aislacion acústica muy mala, se oye cada conversación con los vecinos, como si estuvieran en tu pieza. Llanto de niño, discusiones, risas, todo. La última noche mi hija y su esposo, tuvieron que dormir en el living.

Kaipasimme pienempiä syviä lautasia, niitä ei ollut. Pyykkinaru oli parvekkeella, mutta suuren ilmankosteuden vuoksi kaipasimme pyykinkuivaukseen sopivaa telinettä sisälläkin. Naapurit olivat tällä kertaa äänekkäitä, mutta katu oli mukavan rauhallinen.

Perfecto apartamento para tus días de desconexión

Apartamento a pie de playa, genial de precio, y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin preocuparte de nada. Tener dos baños es algo top

Las paredes son finas y la primera noche teníamos una fiesta encima que se oía todo. No es culpa del alojamiento ni algo inusual en la zona, pero es cierto que el ruido de otros apartamentos se escucha. De la calle no nos llegaba ruido con las ventanas cerradas. También, se nota que quien limpió, metió todo rápido en la secadora que hay y lo puso recién puesto. El apartamento tenía un fuerte olor a esta humedad que queda cuando abres la secadora y las sábanas estaban aún algo húmedas y con ese olor que comento toda la primera noche.

Minunat!

Apartamentul chiar dacă nu e foarte mare, are avantajul că este dotat cu absolut toate cele necesare pentru un sejur la mare cu familia sau într-un grup nu prea mare de prieteni. În plus este la 2-3 min de plajă, de aleea care desparte orașul de plajă și de toate atracțiile posibile, magazine, cafenele, cofetării, restaurante, fiind totuși liniștit pentru această zonă. Ne-am simțit minunat, nu ne-a lipsit nimic din ce ne-am dorit.

El sitio estaba bien

El acceso es muy difícil, yo mido 1.75 y no veia los números del cajetin donde estaban las llaves, se rompió una persiana el primer día y se lo dije a la dueña, y no me hizo caso, la cocina solo tenia una de las 4 lamparas que tenia funcionando
