Close to everything but quiet

The location was spot on. Just up from the beach and promenade. The appartment was really clean when we arrived. Extras with dish washing soap, washing machine pods and a dish towel in the kitchen. In the main room a large enough table to sit four. Although we did have to move this so as not to hit a box on the wall. The couch was large enough to sprawl out on and we did check out the sofa bed part but did not actually use this. The room was of an adequate size for four people. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Hair dryer in the drawer, lots of towels and a couple of toilet rolls to get you going. Bedrooms were big enough. Although having to climb into one was a bit of a giggle. No doing this after a night out. Beds were really comfortable and clean. Rooms were warm. Local area, we could stand on the small balcony and watch the people go by, although beside quite a few pubs, cafes and restaurants when the doors were closed we could not hear them. In all we really liked the apartment and would consider coming back. Its right in the area we enjoy, close to everything we need and places we frequent. Queries and questions were answered quickly by Javier who was brilliant. I would and have recommended this apartment to others already.

Additional pillows needed Smell in corridor was quite bad Could not keep the window in the room open due to noise outside. Some of the switches did not work Fan and AC in the bedrooms did not work

Stress-free beach holiday apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The location is very good as you can easily walk there from the train station even with luggage. No need to rent a car.. Bus stops are also nearby. There are so many shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. nearby but this street isn’t too busy or noisy. Neighbours are calm too. Beach is really close by and it’s a great part of the beach promenade with sports equipment and playgrounds very near. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. All electronics and such were new and working. There were AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. Beds were super comfortable. I was positively surprised by the size of the apartment, it looks bigger in real life. Small balcony was very nice too. In my opinion one of the nicest things about this particular apartment was the details - all the basics like house cleaning products, shampoo, detergent, trash bags, salt, olive oil etc. were there already which made our stay with little kids a lot easier. Overall it was a great experience. In my opinion, a place like this is much more comfortable for a family than a standard hotel room. Also the host, Javier, was super helpful and friendly (for example, our phone internet wasn’t working to access the wifi key so I called him and got the key immediately). We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely want to rent from the same host again!!

Comfortable & Clean

Great location, near to the sea, shops, cafe, bars & restaurants.. don’t be put off that it’s next to 2 bars.. bedrooms are at the rear of the property, so you don’t hear anything. Comfortable beds & plenty of room in the apartment. The only problem is that the shower is on the small side..

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, in really good location and the apartment comes with almost everything, we had to only buy our own washing liquid for clothes. Close to the beach, good restaurant, Mercadona (supermarket) and close the the Los boliches train station for easy access from the airport. The owner is very nice, very helpful and fast in response. PS the photos were taken at the end of our stay

In the apartment can be quite noisy as it is suitated on the street with many bars and restaurant but it is nothing dangerous just lots of people having good fun. The noise goes out at midnight as they close down the facilities.

Siisteys oli parasta! Sekä osoite. Pikkuisia puutteita oli. Ostimme pienen kahvinkeittimen silläkapselikeitin oli meille outo. Naulakoita puuttui, johon saimme takkimme. Hellasta puuttui käyttöohje. Emme käyttäneet pyykkikonetta sillä se oli meille turha . Olisimme mieluiten käyttäneet astianpesukonetta, mutta sitä ei ollut asunnossa.

Bliskość plaży i barów gdzie można zjeść, wejście do mieszkania za pomocą kluczy lub kodu do zamka, wygodne łóżka, pralka wraz z kapsułkami do prania, czysto. Właściciel w ciągu pobytu dopytuje czy wszystko ok i chętnie odpisuje na wiadomości. Bardzo pomocne linki z filmikami jak wejść do apartamentu.

Excellent appartement en plein Boliches, propre, situé à qlq pas de la mer dans une rue bien animée mais pas bruyante( restos ferment à minuit ou minuit 30 max) Mr Javier a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable avec, tjrs joignable et répondait à toutes nos demandes avec grand plaisir. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation lors de nos prochaines vacances à Fuengirola ou

De locatie was perfect. Binnen een paar minuten op het strand. Om de hoek zat een grote bakker waar we elke dag broodjes haalden. Ook een aantal nachtwinkels rond het appartement. De bedden lagen goed. Er was genoeg keukenapparatuur. De tv kon verschillende streamingdiensten ontvangen.

De douchecabine was erg klein. Je moet zelf je vuilniszakken wegbrengen. In de buurt konden wij geen vuilnisbak vinden. Dus hier moesten we even naar op zoek.

Um zur Wohnung zu gelungen, muss man durch ein stinkendes Treppenhaus gehen. Die Wohnung ist feucht, so dass z.B. Wäsche nur langsam trocknet.
