Lovely clean appartment great value for money

The property is clean and tidy and very spacious

Nothing bad just could use extra pillows for the beds and possibly a way to watch English television but that’s more down to personal preference.

the apartment was in a good location, very close to the Bio Parc, a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. It was clean and spacious snd everything you need was included, bedding and towels good communication from the owner about getting to the property- very helpful

the only downside was the beds weren’t that comfortable- but I guess that is down to personal choice - noisy and not long enough for my husband who is 6’ 4” 🤣🤣 We would still go back though

Enjoyable family holiday

Clean pleasant apartment. Comfy rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Lift up to apartment. Reserved parking space in gated car park Out of centre but only a short walk to beach and town centre. Had an enjoyable stay and excellent value for money.

Great location, but bad experience, no airco in bedrooms, very hard bed

Spacious, clean, enough gardrobes, towels, fast communication with the host, wash machine. Cleaning lady should have handed the keys but wasn't there so the host arrived a bit later to take care of it personally.

The curtain of the children bedroom was broken which resulted in an overheated appartment, because the airco worked only in the living room. Host left quite fast saying there were two ventilators in the rooms available. But only one of them was working. He brought a new one the next day by noon that we had to install ourselves. Fixing this kind of problems is something the owner should take care of in advance for the price they ask.

Huoneisto oli hyvällä paikalla. Ei mitään luksusta, mutta hinta/laatusuhde oli todella kohdallaan. Terassi oli oikein mukava, vaikka sinne ei kai aurinko paista. Olimme tammikuussa, joten ei ollut väliä. Kaikissa huoneissa oli vaatekaappi ja lipasto, ja henkareitakin oli tarpeeksi. Myös astioita oli riittävästi.

Asuntoon mahtuisi viisi henkeä, mutta oleskelutilan toinen sohva oli aivan liian matala, ja keskeltä painunut niin, että sitä ei oikein voinut käyttää. Meitä se ei haitannut, koska olimme kahden.

Excelente estancia, la ubicación perfecta, a 5 min del centro y de la playa. El apartamento está limpio y moderno en decoración. TV grande, camas nuevas y terraza con buenas vistas. Comunicación fluida con el dueño.

La ubicación es muy buena y el piso es muy amplio

Necesita urgentemente reparar ventanas y persianas. Nos tocaron varios días de bajas temperaturas y entre que se colaba el viento y la calefacción no era adecuada no la pasamos muy bien. También necesita cambiar algún que otro dispositivo como la hervidora o la televisión que no es inteligente por lo que no la pudimos usar.

Lägenheten var större än vi trodde och mycket prisvänlig. En stor balkong med morgon/förmiddagssol. Var lätt att få kontakt med värden när vi inte kom in med nycklar och hade problem med Wifi

När vi anlände kom vi inte in i ena låset, då nyckeln var avbruten! Efter en stund kom en kvinna och släppte in oss. Fick Wifi adress och lösenord som inte fungerade. Men fick senare en annan adress av värden som fungerade.

La cercanía a la playa y que tenía plaza de garaje. El salón con el aire acondicionado fenomenal. El dueño atento en todo momento intentó resolver casi todas las incidencias.

Estaba viejo, con mucha necesidad de reformas. En la habitación de 2 camas había nido de pájaros y era imposible dormir. Los estores suplían las persianas deterioradas. La bañera daba aspecto de vieja. La luz de la terraza no funcionaba

Le checking très facile. L'hôte étais très flexible sur un check out tardif . Très bonne localisation à 5mnt de la mer et à côté de tous les commerces .

Rart ophold i centralt beliggende lejlighed til fair pris

Stor lejlighed med mange værelser, God beliggenhed, venlig vært.

Lejlighed var kold og der var ikke mulighed for varme i soveværelserne om natten. Alle skodder var i stykker, så der var en del støj fra gaden. Der var ikke siddepladser til mere end 2 personer i stuemiljø og møbler på terrasse var meget umagelige. Dør til badeværelse stødte på gulvet. Lejlighed var egentlig fin nok til 2 personer, men trænger til en generel opgradering og opfyldning med interiør, så den matcher antal af sovepladser.

Brak lub bardzo słaby internet (zgłaszałem problem wielokrotnie, bez rezultatu) Brak środków czystości: nie było płynu do mycia naczyń, mydła, worków na śmieci. Nie było soli, pieprzu. Nie działało ogrzewanie w sypialniach (było bardzo zimno - gospodarz obiecał dostarczyć grzejnik ale nie dotrzymał słowa). W obiekcie nie działa winda (prawdopodobnie od dłuższego czasu) a apartament jest na 5 piętrze ze stromymi schodami (w ofercie jest informacja, że obiekt jest przystosowany dla niepełnosprawnych).

W ciągu 8 dni 2x awaria windy (5 piętro)- ale to nie wina apartamentu ani własciciela. Łazienka do liftingu.
