Beautiful apartment 10 minutes away from all the tourist areas

The apartment is very cozy and modern. Comfy beds and perfect size for a couple or up to 5 guests...only bathroom, though.

The apartment building is located in a regular neighborhood, nothing fancy, we could hear a dog bark up to 2 am. The location is not a tourist area. It's a normal neighborhood where you will hear neighbors talking outside, kids playing, people going up and down...normal...don't expect a quiet space, but regular scenario of a neighborhood.

Nice and comfortable!

Very nice and cosy apartment. Exactly like on the photos. Good communication with host - replied fast and was very helpful. Good value for money.

Super noisy neighbourhood, difficult to have a good sleep. Bins were full of last customers trash, but luckily host was reasonable and offered some of the cleaning fee back.

Location - Biggest Let Down , where it’s situated - Expensive for what it was - Dirty smelly entrance hallway - We felt insecure- We were nervous walking around especially back from downtown & secure parking for car - So noisy with kids shouting outside - Door Handles need securing -

Apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and had a nice balcony to chill with drinks. 10 minute walk to the beach and Recinto Ferial.

Koselig leilighet i utkanten av sentrum.

Leiligheten var fin, ren og med alt jeg trengte for oppholdet. Enkel booking og lett og finne frem. Trivdes veldig bra.

Litt langt å gå til stranden, men det visste jeg om før jeg bestilte, men for lengre opphold så blir det litt tidsbruk. Vær klar over at her bor du midt blant spanske naboer, og at de har litt annen døgnrytme enn nordeuropeere. Sjarmerende for meg, men kan være litt slitsomt for de som legger seg klokka 21.00.

El piso por dentro , perfecto pero ubicación para nada acorde con el precio abusivo que publican

Booking a la hora de publicar anuncio, lo hizo mal ya que al filtrar mi búsqueda por 5 personas me dio la opción de este apartamento el cual reservé y pagué. 1 hora antes de llegar ai destino me informan de que había hecho chek-in por 5 personas cuando en realidad había reservado para dos.. Sin lógica alguna ya que si el anuncio me daba la opción de este apartamento sin pedirme en ningún momento el número de personas que se iban a alojar.. Después de eso me retienen por dos veces el chek-in( que nada barato por cierto) siendo liberado uno de esos importes.. Nunca he tenido ningun problema con Booking pero con este alojamiento todos los problemas del.mundo...

Me gustó la decoración y que lo que ves en las fotos es la realidad.

Para empezar, la relación precio en conjunto con todo es altísima. El precio es sumamente alto para la ubicación en la que se encuentra. Un barrio de con bastantes personas drogodependientes y en el piso da miedo bajar y subir porque no sabes a quién te vas a encontrar, gente bastante mala que se ve en situación de necesidad y te encuentras en situación de peligro con todos los sentidos.

Apartamento genial, limpieza regular y edificio de barriada de muy bajo nivel.

Apartamento muy amplio con todas las necesidades. Aire acondicionado en cada estancia, fenomenal para estar fresquitos en verano. La terraza genial. Camas bastante cómodas.

Segundo piso sin ascensor. Edificio de barrio antiguo, oscuro y regular de limpieza. Había cucarachas por las escaleras en todas las plantas. Vecinos de barrio llamándose a voces por las noches. Una pena que el apartamento no esté en 1 edificio mejor.

Bien para dormir, bastante dejado de sucio, no hay productos de limpieza.

El apartamento muy bonito , estaba reformado

Alojamiento situado en barrio, muy oscuro y apartado, no tenía nada de productos de limpieza solo quitagrasas, tuvimos que comprar lejía, champú, gel, bayetas, etc. La fregona estaba negra, el apartamento bastante sucio, la cama limpia, una limpieza por encima y ya está. La entrada a la comunidad, 2 sin ascensor, vimos varias cucarachas. Y todo el día lleno de ruido, muchos golpes desde el piso de arriba. O el de abajo, las paredes parecen de papel vaya. La vajilla para cocinar, muy dejada y sucia, bol oxidado, tabla de cortar llena de grietas, etc. En general para dormir está bien, pero a partir de las 2 de la mañana que ya se duermen los vecinos.
