Renovated apartment with new furniture (January 2018) located on the promenade of Fuengirola, Just in front of the beach and Poniente Park, one of the most beautiful playgrounds on the Costa del Sol. It has free high Wifi and internationat TV Channel, 60-inch smart TV and air conditioning in all rooms. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace with new awnings and window to open all terrace. The house is designed with high quality materials: marble floors, automatic blinds. Capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils (new January 2019) and all appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. If the apartment is booked for one month or more, it is mandatory to send the cleaner. Price 50 euros/3 hours. It is biweekly, at least, and this is mandatory and the guest must to pay.

Se, mitä olisimme siellä tarvinneet, oli laitteiden käyttöohjeet, esim. pesukoneiden, uunin, ilmastointilaitteen, tv:n. Koneet osittain vanhoja. Netistä osa löytyi. Selkeä kansio, johon olisi voinut ohjeet laittaa.
