Great hosts but not the best apartment

We liked the proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. The air conditioning worked well. It was a relatively quiet neighborhood. The management company was really great and very responsive and accommodating.

The shower had a lot of mold. It was all over the shower doors, and the grout/caulking inside and outside. We see some mold occasionally in rentals, but this was more than is reasonable. We asked the hosts to address it and they sent someone to clean it better, which was appreciated, but everyone agreed the shower doors need to be replaced. The cookware was teflon and totally scratched to where it wasn’t safe to use. They sent new cookware, which was again very kind. The sheets also had hair on them. The apartment could use some updating, for example, the ironing board cover is worn through. The dishes hadn’t been cleaned and also had food and some mold, so it looks like the previous guests hadn’t cleaned them properly. Not the fault of the management company, but something to be aware of.

- Bathroom a bit smelly due to humidity - The walls are tin, it is easy to hear the neighbours sadly

A place in the sun.

Quiet location yet close to the ,cafes bars shops and beach. A nice clean apartment with all the facilities you need. Neili our host couldn't have been more helpful from the time of booking to the time we left. Lots of contact and she speaks perfect English. 10/10

Calidad-precio está bien, cerca de la playa.

La casa estaba muy cerca de la playa, y además, no era nada calurosa, se estaba genial y se dormía genial sin el aire.

El ventilador de techo de la habitación suena mucho, resulta muy incómodo intentar dormir con él encendido. El aire acondicionado suelta agua a un cubo del que tienes que estar pendiente constantemente. La taza del wc estaba algo descolgada.

Con muy poco podría estar bastante bien

Ubicación. Cama confortable

Limpieza pésima Solo un rollo empezado de papel higiénico. No pinzas de ropa. No gel de baño. No detergente lavadora. Sábanas sucias. Suelo sucio. Piso muy caluroso, no se puede estar sin tener el aire acondicionado funcionando.

La calle es muy silenciosa ideal para descansar, a pocos pasos de la playa, restaurantes … sin duda volvería nuevamente. Un piso muy agradable, Neili siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias!!!
