Stanley Park House - Air Host & Stay - Anfield

A 5-10 minute walk from Anfield, and a 20 minute drive into town made it an ideal location for going to a concert at the stadium. Parking on the street was relatively easy and the house is a good size and was well equipped. It has been decorated nicely, getting the keys was very easy, and a detailed information booklet is provided about the house and the area.

Unfortunately housekeeping wasn't up to standard for the price paid for the accommodation, the tiles in the shower were dirty, everything was dusty, all the dishes had to be washed properly before they could be used, and just not the best cleaning in general. The sofa pictured is highly uncomfortable and very small, so for 3 adults and a teen it wasn't ideal; one person was always left to sit on a dining chair. This also caused issues for my father who has Parkinsons as the solid chairs made him feel stiff and sore. The outdoor space was nice however it needed cleaned also.

Excellent location easy access to buses for city delighted with taxi pick up! Lovely house really homely.

The seating in the main living area is not comfortable the small couch in particular is really not comfortable! Also as we found everything excellent I wanted to tell you but was unsure how the is a small leak from the radiator in the hallway and the gutters outside the bedroom were very noisy in the rain perhaps they need cleaning! Overall there house is perfect!

Service was great - heating didn’t work and we had to call outside business hours. This service was really helpful.

Cleanliness was a big issue for us in the following areas: Dust, food stains on the floor, dirty floors, towels with stains and linen with holes (all of them!)
