I think it is disgraceful and disgusting how this can happen. We were left completely in the dark. Couldn’t even book anywhere else as everywhere in Liverpool was booked up. If you book here please be prepared to be disappointed when you are told you can’t stay here.

RIPPED OFF
Nothing we didn't recieve communication for lock box code (despite contacting owner)so were unable to enter the property to stay there.
Contacted owner for lock box code, he was abrupt and said he was busy so to text him the address I was staying at and he would send the code. Text him the address straight away, this was at 1030am, by 6pm still zero contact or code and we had to pay more money to stay elsewhere. Still no contact from owner to offer a refund. Will be calling booking.com in regards to this.

In property there was noting to like.
The property was run down, your feet sticks to the carpet, carpet on the staircase nails sticks in your feet. Seems like carpet is never cleaned, dirt everywhere. Toilet/shower seems never cleaned, Cobwebs were everywhere. Mat in the bath had stains on it. Kitchen was very mouldy and sticky and dusty. There was no suitable cooking utensils, tea towels, cleaning towel, pan or brush. Cooker was not working, oven have no trays and it was not working. there was no toaster no washing machine and no hoover. these are the basic things are in apartment. Fridge/ freezer both were mouldy. there was left over food in freezer which was mouldy too. I requested for towels which admin never replied. I left couple of messages about tea towel, hover or brush so I could clean but no answer. we had horrible experience/ stay in this property. Bed sheets were also not changed, we felt sand in them too. TV remote control batteries were not working. Everything advertised about this property was opposite. I don't know how this property even passed through the Booking.com. This should be out of the market and it is not fit for purpose. FAMILY WITH CHILDREN STAY FROM IT. Property smells of strong something too...
