Charis Janda Baik Semi D Villa 6: 3 Bedroom + Pool

We were fortunate to have the end lot of semi-d, ensured of the privacy. The rooms were clean and spacious, each with built in bathrooms. Pool was private for our family, clean. There was a big tv, with adequate channels, kitchenete and fridge. Bbq was at the courtyard. The nature was at our backyard, and there were beautiful strays which, strangely educated not to enter homes nor disturb ua during our meals. Air was clean and cool. The river was less than 5 minute walk, very cold and clean. We took walks in the morning about 1 km (both ways) and felt safe. Managed to do bird watching too. Food wasnt difficult, either cook/bbq our own selves or a trip down to Lemuni, Mak Long cafe. A must is to the Karya Janda baik to catch beautiful works of art and meet the owner Puan Liza. To complete the trip, breakfast at Pineyard before leaving for home. The staff Dika, was helpful, helped with the bbq apparatus and even got us durian.

Janda baik is, for Urbanites to go back to nature. The resort next door *Pondok Impian* had no consideration to openly, LOUDLY blast their karaoke from 430pm until almost midnight DAILY!! This was our pet peeve and totally ruined our otherwise would have been a great vacation. Am appaled that the authority did nothing to curb their unruly attitude. I respect that others would like to business, but having our early mornimg cafe at the patio interrupted by ice cream vendors, local honey vendors shouldnt be allowed in the compound. On our second night, the next door semi d was occupied by a group of young men, who totally disregard the fact that swimming past midnight with NOISE would echo into our abode. We even considering to forfeit our last night's stay due to the inconsiderate neighbours ( karaoke, next door midnight swim)! The bbq pit requires a bit of maintenance, loose screws can be a hazard. Internet disruption as villa 6 had to share with villa 5 (& television network too) Providing the caretakers number was good, if they actually responded.

Good stay for family with all utilities provided. Close to water stream/river

5 min in and we had power trip but the staff come and check pretty quick. The unit we got have an on-going contruction closeby, hindering our outdoor space. We had small kid running around outside the house and BBQ at night. I wish they had mentioned this beforehand or rent us another unit as RM1.2k/night is not cheap. Too late to cancel i guess
