Hassle free no queue keys collection and drop off. Received clear instructions via whatsapp message before arrival time on how and where to collect the keys. Chris, the contact person was courteous and prompt in replying. He took our feedback about the toilet smell well and agree to look into it. All utensils and toiletries is provided. Bedsheets, towels, floors and tabletop are clean and spotless.

The ensuite toilet in the Master Bedroom and 2nd room emits strong unpleasant smell but can be easily solved by airing the place the entire stay and getting some air freshener spray. However, the smell from the toilet still persist after windows are closed at night. No unpleasant smell from the common toilet next to the laundry/washing machine area. The property owner/agent has been alerted about this. Hopefully they find out the source of the smell and manage to resolved it as we do plan to book from this owner again in future when we go genting.

Overall good location with good view. The weather was good and easy access to shopping, food and beverage, Genting theme park, etc...

The cost for one night stay was bit high. Its almost double the price compare to my previous stay at same apartment, but in different unit.

The apartment was spacious and enough for my family of 8. It had 3 toilets and a laundry area for washing if required. The balcony and all windows are in full view of Genting Highlands as it is at 33rd floor. Take about 15mins by car to Genting Premium Outlet and 30mins to Genting Highlands. Nearby is surrounded by shops and plenty of food options

Room and bedsheets have faint smell and toilet is smelly too, must close door else is overpowering smell thruout the house.

The furnishings is modern n nice

The smell from the sewage or the piping from the toilet makes the whole house smell .
