The host is very friendly and helpful. After knowing that we have elderly member, he even reminded me that there are slippers can be wear if the floor in bathroom is wet.
The bathroom size near the dining room is too small. The soundproof effect not very good especially midnight.

Excellent stay with my family! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were really good, especially the entertainment setup. Everything was as described, and the place felt spacious and family friendly. The host was also very responsive, and communication was easy and smooth throughout our stay.
Nothing much to complain about. We had a great stay and everything was convenient for our family.

Location. If we able to get a higher unit, than it will be better. Ours is at Level 10. Because we are facing main road. Cars driving up and coming down from Genting was so noisy. Unable to sleep.
Jaccuzi. Attracted the most is because of this BUT only when check-in date only received messages from host saying that it needs 4-5 hours for the heat up. The truth is we already on the heat for more than 8 hours, also COLD. Disappointed.
The induction cooker, no instruction. So, unable to use.
