Some furniture had stains, one chair a hole that looked like a burn hole from a cigarette. No major issue, just the little details.

1. Rumah semua ok cuma ada masalah pada rule,mungkin jgn terlalu ketat rule sampai penyewa agak tertekan dan tidak selesa memikirkan byk sangat rule 2. Setiap homestay perlulah buat rule yg sederhana jangan terlalu menekan penyewa sebab homestay anda di bayar bukan free - Contoh merokok mungkin anda boleh letak rule,hanya boleh merokok di balcony - memasak tidak boleh pakai oil,terpercik kena dinding lah n byk sangat rule pasal memasak,kena paham kenapa kami menyewa apartment kalau kami tidak bebas menggunakan semua facility utk memasak 3. Respond chat bagus laju, instructions pengambilan kunci Dan lain2 bagus laju

Noisy outside. Main Door shld be noise proof. Balcony light not functioning Bathroom sink clogged (water drains very slowly) Toilet seat broken No partition/glass barrier for shower area. The whole Bathroom always become wet when shower
